Key Responsibilities
- Create, analyze, and review technical charts and data (SPC/DOE/split lot/Space/Si-view/JMP/Klarity)
- Perform process matching between equipment to reduce variations for better tool matching
- Identify chronic issues and establish improvement programs/procedures for resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address yield improvement, excursions, and best practices across fabs
- Drive Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP) to improve performance indices and optimize productivity
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
Requirements
- Technical degree required (University level)
- BS + 4-5 years of experience OR MS + 2-4 years OR PhD + 1-2 years
