Key Responsibilities
- Optimize process, tools and systems to achieve best in class product quality and productivity in EWS operation
- Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation
- Improve quality-yield in Test process and resolve process/product deviations (like excursion, RMA) in short turnaround time
- Provide cross functional/cross-dept/cross-EWS support & coverage based on need & priority
- Participate in cost reduction projects to maintain cost efficiency
- Understand each process flow and prepare the operating procedure
Requirements
- Degree in electronics/mechanical engineering, sciences or Diploma in electronics/mechanical engineering, sciences with engineering experience
- Extensive knowledge of MS Excel, PBI, office suite
- Advantage of possessing Design of Experiment (DOE), 8D methodology, Failure mode effect and Analysis (FMEA)
- English proficiency
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to teamwork within and with other departments
