Key Responsibilities
- Engage and collaborate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Manage initiatives through coordinating with multiple stakeholders, ensuring adherence to timelines, and monitoring progress towards objectives
- Demonstrate agility in addressing unforeseen challenges, including technical problems, conflicts, or sudden changes in plans
- Develop and oversee realistic budgets, track expenses, and make informed decisions to optimise resources and minimise costs
- Coordinate with Corporate Shared Services and Trains Management to develop and deliver seamless engagement programmes and events
- Perform secretariat duties at Board, Management, and Key Stakeholders meetings, ensuring smooth facilitation and documentation of meetings
- Provide support to other ad-hoc projects, cross-functional initiatives and team members as required
- Contribute to overall team effectiveness by sharing best practices, supporting peak workloads, and fostering a collaborative working environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- Professional certification is advantageous
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational or management role
- Preferably with exposure to stakeholder engagement, partnerships, or event management
- Experience in business planning process in an operational or regulated environment is desirable
- Ability to think strategically and apply critical thinking to challenges and opportunities
- Ability to troubleshoot technical problems, resolve conflicts, or adapt to last-minute changes
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive work culture
- Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights and inform decision-making
