Key Responsibilities
- Ensure site centric projects and activities are regularly shared to SPMO network through aligned platform and infrastructure
- Ensure network activities that are of value to your site are implemented
- Lead and ensure program & project performance to the planned schedule, cost, and scope
- Plan and schedule program/project timelines and record achievements using appropriate tools
- Provide program & project performance updates periodically with communication across functional groups
- Communicate with all key partners to request feedback and maintain positive working relationships
- Lead and control program changes including scope, plan, business rules, policies and procedures
- Work with the project teams to identify project risks and evaluate solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Science or Finance disciplines
- Experience in any of the following will be preferred: Frontend or Backend Operations, Business Analyst, Management or Finance or Program and Project Management
- Strong business acumen
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI
- Demonstrate excellent project/time management and priority setting skills
- Proven ability to partner successfully with other groups and build strong peer relationships
- Specific expertise and detailed understanding within one or more of the following areas: Fab, Facilities, Procurement or Finance
- Able to perform and advise partners on risk and reward analysis for projects to ensure quality is not compromised
- Provide consulting, resources, and data on service contracts to the departments to enable them to implement benchmark structure
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
- Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron
