Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Physics.
- Proven experience with deep learning or classical algorithms.
- Proficiency in PyTorch for deep learning OR C/C++/Rust for classical algorithms.
- Experience with bioinformatics methods and tools, including variant calling, de novo assembly, or long read sequencing analysis.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant genomics/machine learning libraries.
- Keen interest in programming, algorithm development, mathematics, complexity, and puzzles.
