Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of the FECOS Probe team, PC (Production Control) team as well as planning projects team.
  • Help to improve Probe and Non-Productive Wafers (NPW) Operations planning and execution within the tactical horizon window, as well as overall Planning Projects across the strategic horizon.

  • Develop metrics that clarify deliverables.
  • Provide front-end manufacturing experience and expertise and influence key business partners (Supply Chain, SMAI, TSE, Procurement, IE, AMHS, Space etc).
  • Build effective global team by distributing work and learning opportunities functionally and regionally, and by empowering team members with the authority to make decisions at the appropriate level and geographically.
  • Deliver competitive results by spearheading innovative solutions, removing barriers and assisting in troubleshooting and escalating issues.
