Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of resources for on-site trainings and workshops, including room setup, participant communication, and vendor management, ensuring smooth execution and participant satisfaction.
- Design and develop materials for learning initiatives and programmes, supporting the communication of these initiatives to enhance employee engagement and knowledge retention.

- Ensure training expenses for on-site trainings and workshops are processed promptly, maintaining accurate records and efficient financial operations.
- Research and propose new, engaging, and innovative learning activities, technologies, and content to enhance our existing materials, driving continuous improvement in learning and development.
- Depending on personal interest and comfort level, co-facilitate sessions, thereby gaining valuable experience in engaging audience and developing facilitation skills.
- Support other HR and L&D projects as necessary, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR department and gaining broad experience.
