Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for driving compliance with defined Global processes and procedures across all construction project activities
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation, including process frameworks, audit reports, and project controls guidelines, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and accessibility for all project stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary interface between line planning, engineering, construction, procurement, and finance teams on all scheduling and risk matters
  • Partner with the BIM team to ensure 4D BIM models are aligned with construction schedules and updated throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with estimating teams on baseline schedule and cost integration
  • Lead 4D BIM scheduling by integrating 3D models with project schedules to visualize construction sequences and optimize workflow planning using tools such as Autodesk Navisworks Bentley Synchro, or equivalent
  • Establish and enforce schedule governance standards, including WBS structure, activity coding, logic relationships, baseline management, and schedule health metrics
  • Conduct regular Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis, float analysis, and schedule variance reporting
  • Drive look-ahead scheduling (2-week, 4-week) in collaboration with field teams and contractors
  • Coordinate schedule integration with procurement, design, construction, and commissioning teams
  • Perform schedule compression / acceleration analysis and evaluate time-cost tradeoffs using generative scheduling techniques
