Key Responsibilities
- Support large Japanese companies in revisiting their HR functions, focusing on data-driven HR, advanced HR functions through IT, individualized HR management, transformations for digital talent recruitment and development, and global strategic HR.
- Lead project delivery and sales activities for Japanese companies in Southeast Asia.
- Act as project leader for HR system implementation projects, leading mixed teams of local and JCS members.
- Leverage personal strengths to support project and client development.
- Conduct business process design, Fit & Gap analysis, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, manual creation, training, and operational support.
- Collaborate with clients in Japan and Southeast Asia, as well as Deloitte SEA colleagues, in Japanese and English.
- Develop diverse, high-performing people and teams through new and meaningful development opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively to build productive relationships and networks.
- Understand and lead the execution of key objectives and priorities for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
- Deep expertise and skills in HR system design/planning and organizational/HR-related areas.
- Consulting experience in group-wide HR system and system integration.
- Consulting experience in talent management.
- Consulting experience in change management.
- Project management experience in organizational/HR projects.
- Consulting experience in core HR system implementation, specifically in at least one of: cloud talent management systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) or ERP packages (SAP HCM).
- Global project experience (using business English).
- Track record of contributing to project wins through proposal activities.
- Project lead experience.
- Native-level Japanese ability and business-level English ability, or native-level English ability and business-level Japanese ability.
- Experience participating in global projects.
- Southeast Asia-related consulting experience.
- Preferred: Workday implementation experience.
- Preferred: Workday certification.
- Preferred: Previous work experience in HR department, corporate planning department, or business department.
