Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business units’ management layers to understand objectives and translate them into IT strategies
- Serve as the primary liaison between IT and business units to ensure clear communication
- Provide strategic guidance on technological trends and opportunities for business units
- Manage project management office to deliver a healthy initiative portfolio for business units
- Define and implement the enterprise systems strategy aligned with business objectives
- Drive modernization initiatives, including cloud migration and system integration
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of ERP and enterprise applications
- Ensure compliance with security, licensing, and regulatory requirements
- Establish governance frameworks for enterprise systems
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit readiness, and risk management
- Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and cost optimization
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in IT management, business relationship management, or enterprise systems management
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in a similar industry
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification
- Relevant enterprise systems certifications (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects and enterprise system implementations (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Experience with cloud migration and system integration
- Strong background in governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements for enterprise systems
