Key Responsibilities
- Define project and program objectives, including outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning.
- Ensure projects and programs meet predetermined requirements regarding product/process specifications, costs, resource utilization, and timeliness.
- Document all phases of project, program, and/or process development and ensure information transfer across functional areas.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including engineering/lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality, ISO standards, and safety protocols.
- Effectively manage material and financial resources to ensure optimal utilization.
- Lead, support, maintain, and implement large complex projects or multiple medium-sized projects through a team, including end-to-end people management.
- Spearhead R&D of new technologies and ensure successful incorporation into Applied Materials products/services or dissemination to other areas.
