Key Responsibilities
- Provide on-site customer support, including installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex equipment.
- Collaborate with customers to develop leading-edge processes for manufacturing advanced semiconductor chips.
- Design hypothesis experiments and Design of Experiments (DOE), analyze data statistically, and compile technical reports with high-level conclusions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues by performing multiple root cause analyses and resolving difficult process engineering problems.
- Serve as a key communicator between internal stakeholders and the customer to build relationships and achieve project goals.
- Serve as a resource for junior colleagues and act as a liaison between the customer and business unit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Optoelectronics, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in the semiconductor process, preferably within Plating processes.
- Proven ability to work closely with customers on-site at their facility/cleanroom daily.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build consensus among project stakeholders.
- Must be willing to work on customer sites daily (North location specified).
- Ability to apply technical knowledge to offer new perspectives using existing solutions.
