Key Responsibilities

Lead and guide a team of CE PYE technicians, encouraging a collaborative and ambitious work environment
Coordinate the maintenance and high uptime of fault isolation and physical failure analysis tools to ensure world-class operational efficiency

Requirements

Bachelor's or equivalent experience, Master's or equivalent experience, or PhD degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Material Science
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required
Proven experience as a great teammate with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and a strong drive to excel
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively in large meetings
Highly motivated individuals with a passion for innovation and excellence
Knowledge of fault isolation equipment, techniques, and physical failure analysis is a significant advantage
Strong understanding of NAND/DRAM/HBM devices and knowledge of Fab processes is a desirable asset
Ability to support shift rotation as required to meet operational needs
