Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support equipment readiness, operating as an individual contributor or manager.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment.
- Execute maintenance and tool support to ensure high equipment readiness.
- Troubleshoot and upgrade equipment to minimize operational downtime.
- Analyze and monitor technical charts related to equipment performance.
- Drive equipment improvement plans and projects.
- Ensure strict adherence to good safety practices and custody of all tools and equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in equipment engineering.
- Experience preferably within a wafer fab, Electronics, or Electrical industry.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve complex technical problems.
- Ability to perform in Normal / Swing Shift or 12-hour rotating shift environments if required.
