Key Responsibilities

  • closing deals with target accounts and for developing new customer pipelines.
  • The Senior Manager, Key Accounts works with presales engineering to qualify and deliver accurate and complete solutions.
  • You will maintain close contact with the customer throughout project delivery phases and maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer success.
  • Having a sense of urgency to help meet customers objectives and working well with cross functional team members are critical to success in this role.
  • Create opportunities to serve customers’ expansion plans across multiple markets, with a focus on promoting Keppel’s new market expansions
  • Proactively lead and execute a strategic account planning process to support client expansion plans

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • More than 8 years of experience in a Sales/Commercial/Account Management role
  • Experience selling hyperscale/wholesale data centre spaces will be highly regarded
  • Existing relationships with international hyperscale customers are preferred
