Key Responsibilities
- closing deals with target accounts and for developing new customer pipelines.
- The Senior Manager, Key Accounts works with presales engineering to qualify and deliver accurate and complete solutions.
- You will maintain close contact with the customer throughout project delivery phases and maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer success.
- Having a sense of urgency to help meet customers objectives and working well with cross functional team members are critical to success in this role.
- Create opportunities to serve customers’ expansion plans across multiple markets, with a focus on promoting Keppel’s new market expansions
- Proactively lead and execute a strategic account planning process to support client expansion plans
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- More than 8 years of experience in a Sales/Commercial/Account Management role
- Experience selling hyperscale/wholesale data centre spaces will be highly regarded
- Existing relationships with international hyperscale customers are preferred
