  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering complex programs.
  • Experience in establishing and operating PMO functions, including governance and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent program management certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to AI, data, and digital assets in banking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
