Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale programmes under the PMO Project Lifecycle Management (PLCM) framework.
- Drive end-to-end delivery governance, including establishing cadence, managing change interventions, and ensuring timely escalation.
- Own programme governance and risk management by monitoring, mitigating, and resolving delivery risks.
- Serve as the primary interface for diverse stakeholder environments, including industry partners and internal functions.
- Support steering/leadership forums with clear, evidence-based recommendations on priorities and trade-offs.
- Set and enforce delivery standards (templates, checklists, quality gates) to improve repeatability across the programme.
- Mentor and coach junior project managers/project engineers, uplifting PM discipline across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, industrial & systems, or manufacturing-related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of technical/project/programme management experience in Aerospace MRO related industries.
- Proven track record delivering advanced technology, product, or manufacturing deployment projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects or multi-project programmes from initiation to execution.
- Proven track record in MRO, manufacturing, and production technology environments (e.g., Industry 4.0).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication across all seniority levels.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery improvements through standards and governance.
