Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analysis on built material costs to ensure correct tool valuation compared to Bill of Materials & reconcile weekly
  • Analyze Production Order Material Variances and communicate with Operations to resolve issues identified during variance analysis
  • Provide support to World-Wide Operations teams to resolve systemic issues related to Finance attributes that prevent transactions from processing
  • Complete detailed requirements for monthly/quarterly close processes including Work In Progress, Finished Goods, Deferred and Eval Inventory
  • Perform Financial Modeling and Analysis to support Gross Margin reporting for finance executives
  • Lead Aged WIP Inventory Reviews & Provide reserve analysis
  • Lead Balance Sheet Review Meetings with Finance Controllers
  • Interact as a direct business partner with business unit executives, delivering analysis and recommendations to guide operational and financial decisions
  • Participate in team discussions for system integration and process improvement initiatives (UAT Testing)
  • Partner with GIS and other business areas to enable implementation of new reporting systems and processes
  • Work closely with internal auditors to address SOX requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting for a reputable firm
  • Strong analytical & financial modeling skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Attention to detail and ability to think clearly
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proactive, possess solid financial analytic skills and communication skills
  • Self-directed and able to work with all management levels in a fast-paced environment
