Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, with at least 5 years in a regional leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in ASEAN, Greater China, and Korea markets.
- Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and supply chain.
- Strong network of customer relationships within the semiconductor ecosystem in the region.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region (up to 50%).
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (or Korean) is highly preferred.
- Experience managing distributors and channel partners.
