Key Responsibilities

- Take responsibility for the management of Operation Command Centre (OCC), Train, and Station Operations
- Take responsibility for train service delivery and train service performance indices
- Provide guidance to staff for incident control and recovery
- Implement strategies to improve service level and control cost
- Prepare contingency plan for business continuity
- Conduct investigations into service disruptions or incidents and submit incident reports
- Conduct incident reviews and draft lessons learned as part of knowledge sharing for staff
Requirements
- Recognized Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role
- Prior experience in transportation industry / OCC operations will have an added advantage
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
