Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for train service delivery and train service performance indices
  • Provide guidance to staff for incident control and recovery

  • Prepare contingency plan for business continuity
  • Conduct investigations into service disruptions or incidents and submit incident reports
  • Conduct incident reviews and draft lessons learned as part of knowledge sharing for staff

Requirements

  • Recognized Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
  • At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in a supervisory role
  • Prior experience in transportation industry / OCC operations will have an added advantage
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
