Engineer, Process Engineering (Inline Parametric Testing)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize and sustain Test Equipment & Process capability to meet operations goals
• Liaise with process owner/customer on overall eTest support
• Plan, develop and implement new eTest program and hardware for Electrical Test
• Maintain eTest programs and ensure test integrity
• Implement proper documentation system to ensure proper eTest operations and conformance to company quality system
• Ensure proper eTest program correlation and buyoff
• Qualify and release new Tester/hardware/fixture/probe card
• Review ETSPC trend charts to identify any equipment or probe card related issue
• Facilitate and lead in Continuous Improvement Projects and Productivity Improvement Projects
