Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and close up excursion issues triggered by PI and YDD.
- Address contamination alarms and report abnormal conditions to stakeholders and management.
- Follow up with potential environmental contamination issues reported by CFM line personnel.
- Lead and provide guidance on AMC alarms to CFM AEs/Technicians/Operators.
- Responsible lead excursions, OCAP, CA, and PA follow up.
- Ensure CFM detection systems are performing normally and taking proactive action to resolve issues with these systems.
- Responsible for calculation and setup control limits and specification limits for SPC charts.
- Cleanroom AMC scopes including MA/MB/MC and other molecular contamination.
- Handle analysis and tool management, including excursion follow up, troubleshooting, maintenance/calibration, performance check, and spare parts management/purchase.
- Complete projects and support contamination control engineering initiatives.
