Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate / generate and compile supply plan after demand consensus.
- Validate supply requirements against demand plan and production plan.
- Collaborate with demand / order fulfillment and production team to ensure supply availability.
- Analyze stock levels to ensure optimal supply and safety stock to achieve higher service level within inventory target.
- Resolve supply escalation and expedite shortages.
- Ensure adherence to S&OP business process and support development for new business processes.
- Perform ad-hoc data mining analysis and act as a subject matter expert for new tool development and enhancement.
- Able to communicate effectively to influence across functions with stakeholders.
- Able to perform ad-hoc assignment and tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Preferably completed tertiary studies in Bachelors in Business / Engineering from an Institute/University of repute.
- Relevant experience in Demand or Supply Planning process in a complex multi plant supply network.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification experience in reputed Organizations (Global MNCs) with relevant experience in Demand planning, forecasting or analysis.
