Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Climate & Sustainability/ESG advisory engagements, including defining strategic direction and supporting team tasks.
- Juggle multiple client requests while managing diverse climate & sustainability/ESG advisory projects.
- Support engagement budgeting and resource management processes alongside senior leadership.
- Support in identifying and pursuing new advisory business opportunities.
- Identify, research, and help resolve complex climate & sustainability/ESG assurance issues.
- Develop junior team members through mentorship, performance reviews, and encouraging independent thought.
Requirements
- Five to eight years of working experience in advisory engagements.
- Proven ability to manage projects from inception through completion.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex ideas into concise reports and presentations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management, including decision-making, time management, and organization.
- Self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership over tasks and team performance.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and quickly learn new concepts.
- IT literacy with sound knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
