Key Responsibilities
- Familiarize with research security, export controls, and relevant regulations.
- Interpret and apply compliance frameworks to IME's research activities.
- Maintain awareness of insider threats, safeguard classified research, and manage research data.
- Compile, review, and analyze Key Risk Indicators (KRI) for reporting to the A*STAR ERM Office.
- Assist in preparing Risk Reports based on compiled KRIs.
- Be familiar with Business Continuity Management planning and execution.
- Enforce IME governance across areas including confidentiality, export control, and risk management.
- Maintain high staff awareness through training sessions, sharing, and regular eDMs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline OR minimum 5 years of related work experience.
- Good understanding or relevant certifications in research administration.
- Knowledge of export compliance is required.
- Resourceful individual with active listening skills to gather information and anticipate next steps.
- Clear communication skills for stakeholder and management reporting.
