Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical lead for the cybersecurity team, providing expert technical guidance and mentorship to a team of system administrators

- Act as a subject matter expert on various cybersecurity technologies, including but not limited to: Privileged Access Management (PAM), Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Requirements
- Degree/ Master in Cyber & Digital Security/ Cyber Security/ Cyber Security/ Cyber Security Management
- 10 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on deploying, operating, and integrating a wide range of security appliances and platforms
- Deep, hands-on experience with the appliances listed above, including advanced configuration and troubleshooting
- Proven ability to design and implement complex, integrated cybersecurity architectures
- Strong ability to lead and mentor junior technical staff, improving team-wide technical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex security challenges
