Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years in a managerial capacity, OR advanced degree with minimum of 8 years relevant experience including 7+ years in management.
- Baccalaureate degree required (or equivalent international qualification).
- Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple leadership teams (Core Quality, OUs, GOSC).
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop teams through performance goals, reviews, and coaching.
- Deep functional and operational expertise in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
