Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing scope of work for the provision of outsourced services provided
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures and risk assessment for routine and non-routine works
- Support the estimate of annual budgets required for service contracts, building maintenance and minor works
- Support and assistance to engineers for building services project which includes civil and structural works
- Attend daily meetings on day-to-day operation issues and participate actively in resolving issues pertaining to work areas
- Carry out FMS work tasks assigned and close PM/CM work order in a timely manner
- Provide guidance and supervision to in-house contractors and service contract providers
- Ensure and maintain a high level of safety standards on all the work supervised to meet company goal in safety
- Work closely with in-house contractors and service contract providers to meet the performance metric established
- All team members are required to complete their learning items within the stipulated time frame
Requirements
- Diploma/ITC (Higher NITEC)/NTC-2 (NITEC) in Architectural/ Civil/Electrical/Mechanical discipline.
- Experience in building maintenance will be advantageous
