Key Responsibilities
- Understand and resolve low-complexity equipment software application and system issues with supervision.
- Provide customer software support via the Software Ticketing system.
- Assist in analyzing software issues reported on customer tools by field engineers, aligning with group objectives.
- Understand and familiarize with equipment software documentation, key customer features, and installation/upgrade instructions.
- Research and resolve internal and external application and systems issues.
- Create, test, and verify installation/upgrade instructions for product releases.
- Provide on-going training to customers regarding technical and systems issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, or related engineering.
- Eligible for Fresh graduates.
- 0-2 years of experience demonstrating conceptual knowledge in a relevant discipline.
- Ability to apply general business knowledge gained through education or past experience.
- Willingness to undergo company-level trainings and certifications for product knowledge.
- Ability to work within standardized procedures to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
