Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruiting for Singapore and APAC-based roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Institutes of Higher Learning (ITE, polytechnics, universities), faculty, administrators, and student organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for educational institutions and act as a liaison between the business and academic partners.
- Implement sourcing strategies to identify top talent, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of the Singapore internship program, ensuring a positive experience for interns.
- Coordinate onboarding, engagement activities, and performance feedback for interns.
- Partner with business leaders to identify internship opportunities and conversion strategies.
- Develop and manage the brand ambassador program to enhance GF's presence on campuses.
- Recruit, train, and engage student ambassadors to represent GF at events and on social media.
- Represent GF at career fairs, networking events, and campus activities in Singapore and the region.
- Create and share engaging content for recruitment campaigns and social media.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidates and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HR, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in Recruiting, Human Resources, Program Management, Marketing, or related area.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or ability to quickly adapt to new platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Prior internship experience in HR, recruiting, or program management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
