Job Description Responsibilities Conduct spend analysis to support strategic procurement initiatives Liaise with the Sustainability team on annual sustainability related data and support external audit s on supply chain data Assist in calling tender s / quotation s for IT, Admin and Corporate Services categories Support the team in sourcing new qualified vendors for tender invitations and onboarding in the Ariba system, including updating existing vendor information where required Assist in the preparation of contract documents for awarded vendors Creation of Purchase Orders and Variation Orders in SAP System Perform any other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned Requirements Currently pursuing a Degree i n Business Management , Infrastructure Project Management, Real Estate , or any other related disciplines Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Detail-oriented , sensitive with numbers , and s trong analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrates a willingness to learn and proactively complete assigned tasks Closing Statement: At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
