Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and early development of novel biotherapeutics, including antibodies, fusion proteins, and conjugates.

Requirements
- PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 0-3 years of industry experience (for Scientist level) or 4+ years (for Senior Scientist level).
- Strong expertise in protein engineering, antibody engineering, or bioconjugation.
- Hands-on experience with protein purification (AKTA/FPLC) and characterization (HPLC, Mass Spec, SEC).
- Proficiency in biophysical methods such as SPR, DSF, DSC, or CD spectroscopy.
- Experience with cell-based assays and flow cytometry.
- Knowledge of molecular biology techniques including cloning, mutagenesis, and vector design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with GMP/GLP environments is a plus.
