Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or a related field.
- Familiarity with cleanroom procedures.
- Knowledge of general safety practices and mandatory risk assessments in wafer fabrication.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor wafer ionization and doping techniques.
- Strong skills in equipment troubleshooting and analysis.
- Expertise in mechanical systems for wafer handling.
- Experience working with vacuum pumps and high vacuum systems.
- Hands-on experience with Varian High Current and Medium Current Ion Implanters.
- Experience with other types of Ion Implanters is advantageous.
- Proficient in equipment performance monitoring chart.
- Proficient in SPC, FDC, and similar control chart methodologies.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and related software.
- Business-level fluency in English.
