Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent quality for all incoming materials, including but not limited to, HBM materials
  • Continuously improve IQC business processes
  • Develop and detail IQC procedures and establish operation and preventive maintenance systems
  • Set up and maintain SAP QM for incoming materials
  • Implement Statistical Process Control monitoring programs and reaction mechanisms
  • Handle material disposition through the incoming material MRB (iMRB)
  • Support First Article Inspection activities for new materials
  • Work with collaborators worldwide to manage supplier quality
  • Collaborate efficiently with both external and internal teams, maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude
  • Participate in on-site supplier audits as needed
