Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent quality for all incoming materials, including but not limited to, HBM materials
- Continuously improve IQC business processes
- Develop and detail IQC procedures and establish operation and preventive maintenance systems
- Set up and maintain SAP QM for incoming materials
- Implement Statistical Process Control monitoring programs and reaction mechanisms
- Handle material disposition through the incoming material MRB (iMRB)
- Support First Article Inspection activities for new materials
- Work with collaborators worldwide to manage supplier quality
- Collaborate efficiently with both external and internal teams, maintaining a positive, customer-focused attitude
- Participate in on-site supplier audits as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
- Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred
