- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
- Strong understanding of networking, storage, and server hardware.
- Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or vRealize Automation.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and backup solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP, or VCDX) preferred.
