Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of commercial proposals and deal structures
- Support the Commercial team in coordinating business planning and sponsor stakes management
- Provide financial modelling and valuation support, including updates to financial models and sensitivity analyses
- Coordinate and execute due diligence activities for strategic projects
Requirements
- Degree in business/finance related disciplines
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., financial models, sensitivity analysis, data consolidation)
- Good communication and organization skills
- Basic understanding of energy markets and infrastructure project structures will be advantageous
