Key Responsibilities
- Lead in planning, sourcing and initiating purchase requests accordingly to day-to-day materials and spare-parts requirements to ensure stock adequacy for Fab operations.
- Follow through on orders from purchase initiation to delivery, ensuring goods are delivered on time, including coordination with forwarders when required.
- Provide good supports on logistics and inventory movements required to enable smooth FAB cleanroom operations.
- Proactive in driving initiatives toward systematic inventory digitalisation.
- Ability to work in a multi-task environment and perform other duties assigned by Department Managers.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in engineering discipline, preferably with exposure to procurement, supply chain logistics, or warehouse operations.
- At least 3 years of related semiconductor engineering experience, with strong networks among semiconductor material suppliers and equipment vendors.
- Relevant experience in analytics or strategic reporting will be an added advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills so to work seamlessly with various stakeholders to ensure inventory adequacy and logistics efficiencies.
- Self-starter with strong ability to work with own initiative under minimal supervision.
- Process strong sense of customer service mind-set and teamwork.
- Strong flexibility and ability to handle multiple requests from across teams.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
