Key Responsibilities
- Develop business partnership with BU leaders to define Asia region's financial strategy and investment goals.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A and strategic finance roles.
- Strong understanding of accounting/financial principles and statutory regulations/legal requirements.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentation of data.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to handle complex data effectively.
- Proven ability to function as a decisive and respected partner to executive leadership (Executive Presence).
- Strong written/oral communication skills for cross-functional engagement.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while delivering high-quality results.
