Key Responsibilities

  • Layers ownership to upkeep offline/inline process parameters including SPC/Defect/Yield/etc.
  • Tools ownership to co-work with Equipment team to ensure post tool activities setup/qualification/enhance check in order.
  • Involve in NPI/Prototype process setup (APC/CPE/DOMA/Agile) and piloting success rate to fulfill cycle time/shipment schedule requirement.
  • Own tool qualification to support Fab capacity expansion/flexibility enhancement via PCRB/customer PCN.
  • Provide solution for to enhance prevention/detection/facilitation to uphold process quality.
  • Develop BKM recipe/workflow to eliminate/minimize risk of process deviation.
  • Co-work with UMD for new technologies phase in and readiness for ramp up to mass production.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of Photolithography principle.
  • Understand Cp and Cpk indices. Analyze and monitor SPC especially for critical parameters. Equip with troubleshooting skill to maintain/improve SPC performance.
  • Build split matrix and analyze DOE data, ET, sort yield using aiding tool e.g. JMP/Shiny etc.
  • Master various systems SiView/PCRB/MRB/PLM/iCASE/PEACE/etc.
  • Automation skills to enhance routine job efficiency.
  • Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Microelectronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Able to perform swing shift (Saturday/Sunday shift) if required.
  • Flexible and able to support overtime.
