Key Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues in electro-mechanical equipment
  • Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment based on layout plans, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration activities to maintain equipment within specifications
  • Implement equipment modifications as directed by engineering teams
  • Monitor tool performance and ensure compliance with shift KPIs for uptime and quality
  • Prepare detailed shift reports and conduct effective passdowns
  • Execute continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
  • Analyze equipment data to recommend advanced troubleshooting and predictive maintenance actions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment through proper housekeeping practices
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering stakeholders to resolve production line issues promptly
