Execute preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration activities to maintain equipment within specifications
Implement equipment modifications as directed by engineering teams
Monitor tool performance and ensure compliance with shift KPIs for uptime and quality
Prepare detailed shift reports and conduct effective passdowns
Execute continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency
Analyze equipment data to recommend advanced troubleshooting and predictive maintenance actions
Maintain a clean and safe work environment through proper housekeeping practices
Collaborate with operations and engineering stakeholders to resolve production line issues promptly
