Key Responsibilities
- To integrate new processes throughout development, qualification, and technology release/transfer phases with emphasis on integration related matters to meet the technology release requirements
- To work with different teams (process module, device, product & fab operation) to develop and qualify new processes
- To integrate new processes, design test structures, create new process flow (STF, ECN, etc), define new ET and inline specs, during technology development phase
- To characterize and qualify the integrated processes to meet the technology release requirements
- Interact and coordinate with Product Engineering and Device Team to resolve yield and quality issues of the new processes during development
- To perform data analysis and problem solving for ET, yield, process and Reliability issues
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of device physics and CMOS process integration will be an advantage
- Fresh university graduates are welcome to apply
- 1-2 years of Semiconductor manufacturing / development related experiences will be an advantage
- Process Flow/Runsheet Integration
- ET & Data Analysis and issue debugging
- Understanding SPC and FA techniques
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
- Strong yield analysis and correlation skills
- Experiences in process integration will be an advantage
- Experience in device development or new technology introduction and certification will be an advantage
