Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize pre-treatment processes for multi-material segregation, including dissimilar material separation or coating debonding.
- Analyze and verify process effectiveness using surface and interface characterization techniques (e.g., SEM, FTIR, mechanical tester).
- Prepare and present technical reports, presentations, publications, and technical disclosures based on innovative research.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure milestones are met according to project objectives.

Requirements
- B.Sc in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Chemistry and Engineering, or a related science and engineering field.
- Proven experience working in a laboratory setting with a strong understanding of surface and interface processes or material processing.
- Ability to work effectively independently.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including report and presentation preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
