Key Responsibilities
- Convert business objectives into clear technical specifications, enabling technical teams to design effective scheduling, simulation, and analytics solutions. Capable of supporting small to mid-scale development efforts.
- Facilitate user adoption of system solutions by translating complex technical designs into accessible language for end users. Act as a bridge between users and developers to continuously refine systems based on evolving needs.

- Drive global collaboration, alignment, and benchmarking of scheduling and simulation solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, or Semiconductor Manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical subject areas preferred.
- Knowledge in optimization and reinforcement learning preferred.
- Experience in C#, Python, SQL, CPLEX, Gurobi preferred.
- Direct experience with factory scheduling, simulation, and application development preferred.
- Be highly motivated, proactive, with a good work ethic, able to work independently and collaborate effectively with people from different culture backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills with logical approach.
- Willing to travel overseas
