Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice to privately held businesses and their owners
- Serve as primary contact for very wealthy Asian and global families and become a trusted advisor
- Supervise a team of specialised international professionals in executing projects
- Coordinate advice across multiple geographies and service lines within Deloitte
- Report directly to the Tax Partner of Deloitte Private in Singapore
- Actively seek out developmental opportunities for growth and act as strong brand ambassadors
- Respect the needs of colleagues and build cooperative relationships
- Understand goals of internal and external stakeholders to set personal priorities and align team's work
- Constantly challenge themselves, collaborate with others, and take accountability for results

Requirements
- At least a Degree in business/finance/economy or law
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in providing tax advice including some relevant experience in international tax advice
- Preferably with an international professional services firm (accounting or law)
- Experience in serving Chinese inbound clients, High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and structuring relating to setting up family offices in Singapore
- Native Chinese speaking skills and abilities to interact with mainland Chinese clients
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong personality and soft skills to advise sensitive UHNW families
- Able to work independently on projects and meet the highest quality requirements
- Ambition and capability to grow into a bigger responsibility after 1-3 years depending on performance
- An SIATP accreditation would be an added advantage
