Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support equipment readiness, operating as an individual contributor or manager
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of equipment
- Execute maintenance and tool support to ensure high equipment readiness
- Troubleshoot and upgrade equipment to minimize downtime
- Analyze and monitor technical charts related to equipment performance
- Drive equipment improvement plans and projects
- Ensure adherence to good safety practices and custody of tools and equipment
- Perform activities in a safe and responsible manner, supporting all EHS requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in equipment engineering
- Experience preferably within a wafer fab / Electronics / Electrical industry
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and solve complex problems
- Ability to perform Normal / Swing Shift duties
