Key Responsibilities
- Support and assist the development of a continuous improvement framework, including methods and tools that can be sustained and documented policies and procedures to support the process
- Identify, design and deliver solutions across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and application for innovative thinking
- Lead and facilitate process improvement workshops to drive ideas and solutions
- Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business process
- Identify trends and process variations by applying process mining methodology
- Assist in development and implementation of best-in-class continuous improvement monitoring system and strategy
- Establish best practices and lessons learned as a means of furthering the maturation and development of the continuous improvement program
- Ensure the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported and managed at all times
- Ensure all assigned project and deliverables are delivered on time and meet stakeholders’ expectations
- Work in close collaboration with the project management, process analyst and training groups in order to develop them know how as well as help them in getting the right allocations of Subject-Matter- Expert (SME) time and engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalents in Engineering/Business Analysis/Information Systems or similar
- Preferably Digital Six Sigma and/ PMP Agile certified
- Minimum 6 years of proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and process analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Visio, Word, Excel-Macro/VBA, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Power Automate)
- Proficient in Process Mining Tools (preferably Celonis or similar)
- A ‘completer-finisher’ with accountability from idea inception to delivery
- Knowledge in Process Management (process modeling, analysis, assessment, and design)
- Able to analyze stakeholder needs and define requirements for a solution
- Possess ability to manage workloads successfully and provide outstanding customer service
