Key Responsibilities
- Engage in market research and industry benchmarking to understand the competitive landscape
- Monitor and analyze news, legislative developments, and regulatory changes relevant to the company’s interests
- Support the Public Affairs team in creating presentations, reports and templates that provide meaningful data insights, ensuring timely and precise reporting
- Help maintain and update the stakeholders mapping to facilitate effective engagement strategies
- Prepare for engagements by assisting with research, content writing, drafting reports, presentations, and briefing documents for meetings with government officials and other key stakeholders
- Implement a workflow process to efficiently track, monitor, and control expenditures
- Aid in the planning and execution of events, meetings, workshops, and conferences
Requirements
- Currently in the second/final year from Singapore University
- Degree in Public Affairs, Public Policy, Business, Economics, Political Science, International Relations, Market Research, or a related field
- Excellent research, analytical, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Keen interest in public policy and semiconductor industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
- Demonstrates a positive and collaborative mindset, is open to feedback, shows humility and a willingness to learn, and cares about doing work carefully and professionally
