Key Responsibilities
- Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements
- Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work
- Develops, implements and improves smart control solutions for optimum manufacturing performance
- Provides technical advice and support for process control implementation
- Conducts intensive data analysis and modeling to identify sources of variation in the process and translate it into control solutions
- Supports PDE Key Equipment Group (KEG) team in Classification, Characterization and Categorization and defines Data Collection Requirements, performs Integration and Setup Data Collection in Enterprise Equipment Engineering (E3) Environment
- Defines Analysis and setup Requirements and Setup Limits and Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP) and engages in periodic review with PCS team and network on Best Known Material (BKM) practices
- Develops and delivers training on control systems and related topics
- Identifies, diagnoses and resolves assembly process related problems by applying failure analysis, FMEA, 8D or SPC/FDC methodology
- Coordinates and carries out process, equipment and material evaluation/optimization to implement changes at process step
- Leads and participates in yield improvement and cost reduction activities
Requirements

- Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
