Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with product line or division management on cross-functional execution of programs to meet and exceed division and financial goals
  • Coordinate product line or division portfolio prioritization and budget alignment
  • Ensure OPEX (operating expense) spending is in alignment with project plans and spending targets for division
  • Responsible for business process creation and continuous improvement
  • Manage and drive division COGS (cost of goods sold) reduction plans to deliver GM (gross margin) targets
  • Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing and internal engineering team to turn product from NPI to HVM. Define supply chain sourcing strategy and address supply chain constraints. Drive the cross-functional team to address quality issues at manufacturing floor and customer sites.
  • Ensure all ePLC (enhanced product lifecycle) operational deliverables are supported and completed

Requirements

  • Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field
  • Technical experience in semiconductor equipment industry is preferred
  • Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
