Key Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve the PAC business processes, continual improvement project and BKM alignment
- Facilitate and drive global peer groups to align strategy and roadmap to achieve area objectives. Build metrics with clear line of sight to strategic objectives.
- Drive alignment to demonstrate performance improvement and hold accountability to those decisions. Share the best methods across all sites regardless of technology and site mission differences.
- Review and lead current Micron Sites PAC performance, identify gaps and opportunities to achieve BIC performance.
- Lead PAC alignment and improvement to meet Micron PAC objectives. Align procedures and define requirements based on technical assessment and lesson learns.
- Drive continuous improvement in multiple aspects such as safety, Capex, cash cost, equipment performance, sustainability, new technology introduction, first of a kind tool enablement and etc.
- Engaging suppliers for Continuously improvement to achieve BIC PAC performance.
- Develop and improve Micron PAC documentation when is needed, including PAC specification, PAC configuration and related process qualification data.
- Prioritize and lead numerous projects based on Fab and corporate objectives.
- Move projects effectively through project lifecycle – definition, planning, implementation, acceptance and review.
Requirements
- Master's or Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Engineering
- Min 5 years of relevant wafer fab experience, preferably with experience in PAC
- Project management experience is a must.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willing to travel
